After you are happy with your team, head North and slightly west to Gatrea.It's right there in plain sight, but it is technically missable, eventually. Also, make sure you open the chest in the Altair hideout.You WILL need spells at some point, as some enemies are incredibly resistant to physical attacks, so keep that in mind. It's worth getting Cure and elemental attack spells on more than one person.
